June 2025 — I'm thrilled to share some exciting news: Sun Night has been selected by IngramSpark to be featured at the ALA (American Library Association) Annual Conference & Exhibition, one of the most prestigious literary and educational events in the world. The conference will take place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from June 26 to July 1, 2025, and will bring together more than 12,000 librarians, educators, publishers, authors, and book industry professionals.
As part of this honor, Sun Night will be showcased at the IngramSpark Author Exhibit, Booth #1342, giving it a prominent presence at the heart of the event. This opportunity means a great deal—not just for me as an author, but for the life of the book itself. Being featured by IngramSpark among a carefully curated selection of titles provides an unparalleled platform for visibility, connection, and recognition in the literary world.
In addition to being displayed at the IngramSpark booth, Sun Night will also be included in multiple high-impact promotional materials:
Digital and print catalogs distributed throughout the conference, reaching attendees before, during, and after the event.
The Indie Author Exhibit, a dedicated space that celebrates independent voices and emerging talent.
Ingram’s ordering platform, including iPage (used by booksellers and libraries) and Edelweiss (a discovery platform used widely by industry professionals for title research, reviews, and purchasing decisions).
This exposure is especially meaningful in a landscape where visibility is key to a book’s success. With thousands of books published each year, getting noticed by librarians and educators—those who shape reading lists, curate library collections, and influence literary conversations—is a dream come true.
Sun Night is a deeply personal project for me, and to see it earn this level of recognition is incredibly validating. Whether you're a reader, a librarian, or a fellow creative, I hope you’ll join me in celebrating this milestone. If you're attending ALA, be sure to stop by Booth #1342 and take a look!
Thank you for your continued support. I can’t wait to see where this journey leads next.
